As discussed in that call, we are looking for follow up on two cases case 1 and case 2 which are the main cases .. We would also like your opinion on the 3rd case involving a debt and how hard would it be to start that case and the cost.. Finally we are requiring some help in the 4th credit card scam case for Bangalore police. 1-- A 600 000 AED bounced cheque. Criminal case initiated and arrest warrant number 3232/2020 in Ajman, He was arrested in Oct. 2021 according to his sister and we really do not know his whereabouts after that. When he was arrested there was alsp an arrest warrant in the civil case in Dubai courts. We are not sure he got arrested under which case and if he got out or not.. We do not know if he has been to court and saw a judje.. There is no contact with him or his sister who is living in Dubai.. As mentionned earlier there is also a flight ban in civil case and there might be other bank cases against him. There is total silence and it is frustrating.. As you might know the civil case involves intermitent jail terms 6 months on and off as I can remember to give him a chance to reach a settlement and pay back the amount or part of it.. Paper work is complete for this case and there is a court order to pay 600 000 but i have seen nothing so far. 2 -- Flat B7 1207 Paradise Lakes iN Emirates city from Sweet Homes Real Estate (Not so sweet) Flat bought in 2006.. Delivery supposed to be Dec 2008. Upon checking in 2008 there was hardly 3 floors already built, so I stopped paying PDC cheques after having already paid 153600 AED over 2 years. They threatened me with the remaining cheques and I was sen to Ajman Madina jail for 3 days when I was travelling through Dubai airport. I then opened a civil case against them and after many years and expenses we got a ruling in April 2018 for them to pay 153600 plus interest. Up to this instant I did noit receive any penny. I have all documents for this case attached to emails and I can send them by email which is easier. 3 -- We have an unpaid loan of 100000 AED. I have a signed paper and UAE ID copy and I was wondering the cost for opening a case for this one.. Phone number of individual involved available. 4- We need a FIR police report from Ajman as the FIR we filed in Dubai Ecrime website does not apply if I am living in Ajman.. The ecrime report number is 220100073185 on 14/03/2020.. I have a receipt by email for this report.. Police in Bangalore are requesting this police report through official channels .. My main concern are cases 1 and 2 and any info we could obtain. I have paid so much money and spent so much effort and we are prepared only to pay on any results / settlements noting that more than 90 % of work is completed but we can discuss the fee for case number 3.. Pls note the info provided is not comprehensive and there are issues to discuss on phone or by zoom.. Additional Information: There is credible information that Shabir Shabdeen is incarcerated in Al Wathba prison and this information is recent.. We have additional 9 to 11 returned cheques located in CBD main branch near City Centre.. I contacted the bank and these returned stamped cheques are available in the bank's archives.. I will forward a copy of some of these cheques and their ATM receipts when they were deposited.. Eventually these cheques could be collected with the right document issues by the bank and signed by me if need be.. We are contemplating opening a new case with one of these cheques or few of these cheques

Ques: Greetings to all and thank you for all the info provided.. We have a very specific question to which we received differing opinions outside this forum: - Bounced check (sizeable amount). He went to jail in the criminal case in northern emirates for a couple of months.. He did not pay any money.. Then he went to jail in the civil case and still in jail as far as we know.. We need to know if it is true that he can never leave the UAE unless there is some kind of settlement and that he requires a NOC letter from our lawyer or directly from us before he can leave the country. In that case what would be his immigration status? No residence ? No visa? No ID ? We learned from many sources that he can't leave after end of sentence if no payment .. Is that accurate? His own trading company in Sharjah couldn't do well and in pressure he left the country via Oman illegally and never came back. Ques: Me and my wife got married on December 4th 2022 in India. It is an Arranged marriage. We spoke 6 months before getting married, before getting married she worked in Dubai.
